2022 – 23 When the outdoor season finishes at the beginning of September most of the Association of Jarrow Community Bowling Club members move to indoor bowling venues. The popular centres are Primrose, Boldon, Gateshead and South Shields but many of our new members join Primrose Indoor Bowling Club at Primrose CA because of the friendly relaxed atmosphere. Most members eventually also join one of the bigger centres.
This year we also started to run Open Pairs and Singles competitions, the December pairs was won by Alan Lawton and Paul Riley and the January Singles was won by Alan Lawton.
